I have always been an astronomy buff. This novella, my only venture into sci-fi up to this point, came about after reading about the COBE (Cosmic Background Explorer) satellite. I must offer a disclaimer here and remind the reader that this is entirely a work of fiction and, though actual places are mentioned, neither places, people nor events are to be considered as representing anyone or anything in the real world. And please, do not hold me scientifically or theologically accountable for what is written here. This is nothing more than imagination run wild. Hope you enjoy it.
